For normal Airport Speedup Service, Upon arrival at Vietnam airport, find our Staff with the “Welcome Board” with your name on it. If it’s hard to find, call us right away at our hotline (+84).903.278.853 to that we will inform them about where you are on the spot.
Then you just give them all the required documents for them to do the entry procedures for you. Our staff will do all the entry procedures at Customs Desk on your behalf within a couple of minutes.
Car PickUp Service :
Sometimes calling and waiting for an airport taxi might take time and make you tired after a long flight. Thus, we offer the car pick -up service with a considerate and well – trained driver to bring you from the airport to your hotel door quickly and safely so as to help you feel comfortable at most.
The outstanding point of our car service compared to taxi or grab is the all-inclusive cost, no additional fees, friendly and on time drivers, and our support if you encounter problems such as forgotten luggage, late or early arrival.

The car service procedures :
You can book a car service by submit the Extra Services Application Form and process payment OR simply send us an email to support@govietnamvisa.com indicating your flight itinerary (flight number, arrival time, departure point/arrival point) to apply.
Get the confirmation and instruction email of car pick up service. Upon arrival at Vietnam airport, after check-in, please find the driver with the “Welcome Board” with your name on it. Then he will take you directly to your address. If it’s hard to find, call us right away at our hotline (+84) 903.278.853 so that we will inform him about where you are on the spot.
Note: If your flight is changed, kindly let us know at least 2 working days before your landing date (except Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). If you want to transfer from the airport to your hotel/address and vice verse OR from random place to another one, we will check the price for the car service and inform you back with many discounts.
