Car Pick-up Service
1. What is Car Pick-up Service?
After a long flight, it can sometimes take time to call and wait for an airport taxi, which will make you quite tired. To ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible, we provide a courteous and skilled driver to pick you up in your car and transport you from the airport to your hotel in a timely and safe manner. The cost varies according to the number of attendees.
2. How much does it cost?
The fee for car pick up depends on the number of people:

3. How does it work
If you need transportation from the airport to your hotel or address or the other way around, you can reserve a car service.
After checking in at the Vietnam airport, please locate the driver holding the “Welcome Board” that has your name on it. He will then drive you straight to your address.
If it’s difficult to locate, give us a call at our hotline, (+84) 903.278.853, and we’ll promptly let him know where you are.
4. How to apply?
Kindly take the following actions:
- Fill out the application for extra services, then make the payment.
- Obtain the email with instructions and confirmation for the car pick-up service.
- He will drive you to your hotel after you meet our staff.
To apply, you can also just send us a message on WhatsApp or Messenger with the details of your flight, including the flight number, arrival time and departure and arrival points.
Note: Please notify us of any changes to your flight at least two business days prior to the date of landing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
